The hotel's festive decoration created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were caring and attentive.

Improved dining reservation management would be beneficial.

It was in a central setting to such an event.

The breakfast was well-stocked and lovely with a nicer continental option than expected, value for money. This accommodation had a central setting in the hot conservatory. And it was also not far from nice establishment, a night club, and the MPW restaurant.

The room was spacious and clean. The conference facilities were well-equipped, and I appreciated the amenities like high-quality shampoo and body wash. Dining at the restaurant was a pleasant experience with a well-prepared menu. The ample free parking was a definite plus .

Some areas could use better lighting.

Well, it was a really great stay for a short stay business trip. The pool area was great and the location was amazing, close enough to the Marco Pierre White restaurant or how to book and the supermarket.

The service was very efficient, the room was a nice size. Tea/coffee, a kettle and a carpet were useful...

I stayed in a standard double room for one night, and it exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit to hinckley. The room was spacious, clean, and well-managed for a budget stay. The staff were attentive.

the shower pressure was too low

The location is stunning and handy for exploring Hinckley. It's set in a great area.

I faced a frustrating delay in receiving bath towels, which I had to request multiple times. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty when I arrived. Despite the spacious layout of the hotel, I found it inconvenient that the men's toilets near the restaurant were closed, requiring me to walk a good distance back to my room. I expected better from a Leonardo hotel, as these details overshadowed the positives .

A large hotel with upscale facilities, good value for money, very good breakfast, good large rooms

Long distances within the hotel and to the parking lots; however, this is due to the star-shaped construction

We booked this whilst going to a friends wedding locally, found it fantastic. Great room, had a free upgrade, lovely breakfast, and a good design to the hotel. It was very busy due to airport closures but very quiet in the rooms

I suppose the only downside is the location, you need your car to go anywhere.
